Coming soon, the T16 treadmill will offer a premium and engaging experience, with a built-in 16” HD touchscreen that provides access to JRNY®, Netflix, Spotify, Prime Video, and more – everything runners need to stay motivated and entertained.* The extra-wide 22” x 60” FlexZone™ XL deck and QuickDial™ speed and incline controls keep users engaged while offering a comfortable, stable run.
Available now, the T6 treadmill delivers a streamlined cardio experience with intuitive features at an accessible price point. It has a spacious 20” x 60” running area with Flex Zone cushioning, dual LED and LCD displays, and up to 15% motorized incline for high-intensity training.

The BowFlex T6, T9, and T16 treadmills all feature the brand’s ultra-responsive MaxReact™ Drive System, designed to mimic the natural feel of running while allowing users to quickly change their speed and incline. This is ideal for interval training without lags or delays.

Connect Your Run, Track Your Progress, and Stream Your Way
The T6, T9, and T16 treadmills are compatible with beloved wearables and integrate with Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch.
Apple Watch users can track their workouts simply by tapping their Apple Watch to connect to the treadmills. Once connected, fitness data like heart rate, active and total calories, speed, distance, pace, and incline will sync, resulting in the most accurate measurements possible. During a workout, Apple Watch users will see the metrics on the treadmill match what they see on their wrist. They can also view those details in the Fitness app on iPhone following their workout.
Each model is equipped with Bluetooth® FTMS, supporting connectivity with top fitness platforms, including JRNY®, Peloton, and Zwift.* Runners can stream workouts from these popular fitness apps using their mobile device or tablet, along with the treadmill’s built-in holder and speakers. The T16’s 16” HD screen will also support direct streaming of JRNY workouts through the embedded console.
